Mr. Milton took his ANFR (Agriculture Food and Natural Resources) class on a trip to Prairie View Ringnecks south of Presho on Wednesday, Oct. 28. They went out there to learn about Cody Palmer’s pheasant raising operation. Palmer raises around 10,000 pheasants and sells them during hunting season.
