Presho City Council members headed into an executive session shortly after beginning Monday night’s meeting to discuss legal and personnel matters. Coming out of executive session board members passed a motion to offer Michelle VanWyk the librarian position at the Presho City Library once it reopens. VanWyk will start on February 1.
