Trey Lunder

Trey Lunder, 33, of Vermillion, SD, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Sanford Vermilion Medical Center.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 am on Thursday, February 15, at Bittner Funeral Chapel with a visitation one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial was at Presho Cemetery in Presho, SD.

Trey Michael Lunder was born on April 21, 1990, to Ron and Deb (Brevik) Lunder in Mitchell, SD. Trey attended Mitchell High School.

Trey had a passion for cooking and worked as a chef in various restaurants throughout South Dakota and Arizona. Most recently, he was employed by Dakota Brick House in Vermillion, SD. Trey loved music and attending concerts with his friends. In his spare time Trey loved to draw and had incredible artistic ability.

Trey is survived by his parents, Ron Lunder (Danita Whitmer) and Deb Lunder; sisters, Nonie Kuyper and Dara Milekovich; stepsons, Malaki, Mason, and Marshall Sudbeck; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph and Nonie Lunder and George and Margaret.Brevik, and brother-in-law, Doug Kuyper.
